Q1 • What
is the price of Title Badges?
A1 • Title
Badges are £1.15 each (+VAT) regardless of the number of badges ordered.

Q2 • What
does Post & Packing (P&P) cost?
A2 • P&P
costs £4.99 (+VAT) per despatch made. |
Q3 • What
is the delivery time for badges?
Q3 • Where we
have stock, orders will be despatched within 24 hours of our receipt of your
order.
Where we do not have stock:

For ID Bureau Service products delivery will be
within one week of our receipt of your signed-off artwork. |

For all other products your order will be delivered
within four weeks of our receipt of your order or our receipt of your
signed-off artwork where that is applicable. |

Q4 • I
need some badges for next week, can you help?
A4 • We do
carry stock of many popular Title Badges so it is best to contact us to see if
we have what you are looking for. We can also usually produce ID Cards &
Badges in small quantities at short notice. We will do our very best to help
you. |
Q5• How
are orders despatched?
A5 • Orders are
despatched using either Royal Mail first class post or Business Post, as
appropriate. For urgent orders we will despatch orders by Royal Mail Special
Delivery or Business Post enhanced services at additional cost. All deliveries
are subject to the due performance of our delivery agents (Royal Mail and
Business Post), which is beyond our control.

Q6 • What
is Capital Badges returns policy?
A6 • Capital
Badges operate a 'No Quibble' warranty policy that is valid for 12 months after
delivery of your order. If our products are faulty during normal usage we will
gladly replace them free of charge. We operate as a company that is seeking
ways to say 'yes' to our customers. If you have any issues with us or our
products, please contact us to discuss the matter and we will do what we can to
resolve the matter to your satisfaction. |
Q7 • What
is your Privacy Policy?
A7 • We take
care and protection of details about people and their organisation very
seriously. We never divulge any information about our customers and suppliers
to third parties.

Q8 • What
are Capital Badges payment terms?
A8 • After
delivery and upon receipt of our invoice, we require payment to terms. Payment
must be made on time, in full, and without any deduction, set off or
counterclaim. In the event that an account is outstanding, we will refer the
matter to our debt collection agents, Daniels Silverman Limited, which will
incur a surcharge of 15% of the debt, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. You
agree that you will be legally liable to pay us that surcharge, and that
payment of the same can be enforced against you in court.
You also agree to pay interest at the relevant reference rate provided for
under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which interest
is payable both after and before any judgment of the court and continues to
accrue. |
Q9 • Can
you take payment by Credit/Debit card?
A9 • We are
able to take payment by credit or debit card. We use PayPal and can either send
a payment request or you can provide you card details to us in the normal way.
When ordering on-line you are given a choice whether to make payment using
PayPal or by invoice.

Q10• My
child has lost their badge or I mangled it in the washing machine! Can you
help?
A10 • In
circumstances like this, Capital Badges policy is to send a replacement badge
free and with our compliments. Please email your contact details, the title,
shape and colour required to
info@CapitalBadges.co.uk and we will send out a replacement completely free
of charge. |
Q11 • What
are your opening hours?
A11 • Capital
Badges normal opening hours are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, except for
bank holidays.

Q12 • Can
I leave a message outside your opening hours?
A12 • Capital
Badges are proud to be able to say that, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365
days a year, when you phone us your call will ALWAYS be answered by a HUMAN
BEING. We hate machines taking messages and will NEVER subject our callers to
them. |
Q13 • How
quickly do you answer phone calls?
A13 • Our
company objective is to answer calls within two rings. If we are engaged on
other calls with our valued customers, you will be able to leave a message for
us with a human being, NOT an answering machine! We will contact you soonest
possible there after. |
