Ordering & Reordering
Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for Title Badges?
Existing titles: There is no minimum order quantity. You may order a single badge and mix colours or styles within the same order.
New titles: Where a title does not yet exist, the initial order minimum is 10 badges. Subsequent orders may be placed in any quantity.
Can we reorder previous designs?
Yes. If you have ordered from us previously, we can usually reproduce your earlier design and specifications. If possible, please provide your previous order number, organisation name, or approximate order date.
Pricing & Discounts
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Many of our products offer improved unit pricing at higher quantities. For Title Badges, pricing is tiered and automatically calculated based on the total quantity in your basket.
If you are placing a larger organisational or multi-site order, please contact us for guidance on the most cost-effective option.
What is the price of Title Badges?
The unit price decreases as the total number of Title Badges in your basket increases. The applicable tier is displayed on the product page and calculated automatically at checkout.
All prices exclude VAT and P&P.
Postage & Delivery
What does Post & Packing (P&P) cost?
UK Orders
- Free P&P on orders over £150.00 (Royal Mail 2nd Class, single UK address, single delivery).
- Orders under £150.00:
- £4.99 – Royal Mail 2nd Class
- £5.99 – Royal Mail 1st Class
- £11.99 – Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier Service
ID Card Orders
- Small quantities sent in letter format: £1.99
- Larger quantities requiring parcel packaging: £4.99

How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and (where applicable) written artwork approval.
- Stock items: Normally despatched within 24 hours (subject to availability).
- Title Badges: Up to 4 weeks.
- ID Bureau Service products: Up to 2 weeks from written artwork approval.
- Other made-to-order products: Typically 3–4 weeks from written artwork approval.
- Workwear, PPE & display products: Dependent upon product type and artwork approval.

Artwork & Brand Matching
Do you provide artwork proofs?
Yes. Where artwork is required, we provide a proof for approval before production begins. Production times commence once we receive written approval of the artwork.
Can you match our brand colours?
We will always aim to match your brand colours as closely as possible. If available, please provide brand guidelines or Pantone references. Slight variations may occur depending on material and production method.
Lost Title Badges
Where we supplied a school with badges, we will replace one lost badge free of charge (UK only, one replacement per UK address, reasonableness applies).
Please provide:
- The school name
- The title, style and colour required
- Your postal address
If we do not have stock, it may take up to three weeks to supply the badge.
