Warranty & Returns
This policy outlines our warranty and returns position for made-to-order and non-personalised goods supplied by Capital Badges.
1. “No Quibble” Warranty
Capital Badges operates a 12-month “No Quibble” warranty policy from the date of delivery of your order. If our products become faulty during normal usage, we will gladly replace them free of charge, subject to any requirement being within the capabilities of the manufacturing processes used.
2. Made-to-Order Products (including badges)
Many of our products are made-to-order and produced specifically to an approved design brief. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns of made-to-order products for reasons other than faulty manufacture (as described above).
Artwork approval is the responsibility of the customer. Please review spelling, layout and design carefully before providing written approval.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting information (including photographs where possible). We will review the issue and arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Customisable Clothing & Displays (B2B)
For business, school or institutional (B2B) orders, returns for personalised or made-to-order clothing and display goods are not accepted unless the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error. Where approved, returns may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Refunds may be issued as a credit note unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We operate as a company that seeks ways to say “yes” to our customers. If you have any concerns with an order, please contact us so we may resolve the matter to your satisfaction where reasonably possible.
