Payment Terms

These Payment Terms apply to business-to-business (B2B) sales unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Pricing & VAT

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment Timing

After delivery and upon receipt of our invoice, payment is required to terms of Invoice Date + 7 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment must be made on time, in full, and without any deduction, set-off or counterclaim.

3. Late Payment

In the event that an account is outstanding, we reserve the right to apply to the court for a payment order, which may incur additional costs.

You also agree to pay interest at the relevant reference rate provided for under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which interest is payable both after and before any judgment of the court and continues to accrue.

4. Non-UK Sales

• All transactions are in GBP.
• Cleared payment must be received prior to despatch.
• P&P is charged depending upon the country being despatched to.
• We use our appointed postal and courier services for delivery of your order.
